This is Snappy item 40040. This set includes the 9/64", 11/64", and the 13/64" tapered drill and countersink. The drill bit is HSS and the 3/8" countersink will adjust up and down on the drill. The tapered drill lets the screw grab all the way to the bottom of the hole. The 3/8" stop collar fits on this and the hex shank fits all the Snappy chucks.
