This is a 40 ply hard cotton muslin wheel. It's dimensions are 6" x 1/2" x 5/8". These are used for medium to rough cutting action. They are great for detailed items and hard to reach places. Good for finishing aluminum, brass, copper and steel. The 5/8" dimension is the arbor size. Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS. I do combine shipping wherever possible.
