This is a two flute carbide tipped 3/8" radius roundover over bit. It has a standard 1/4" shank and 1/2" bearing. By changing the bearing to a 3/8" you would have a 3/8" beading bit. These are industrial quality bits made in the USA. They are very comparable in quality to the Amana brand I sold for 22 years and are priced much lower.
