This is a carbide tipped drawer lock bit. The large diameter is 1-1/16" X 3/4" cutting length, and 1/2" shank. Once you align your fence you can cut both joints without moving the fence or bit. They make a very tight clean corner joint. These American made industrial bits rank up there with Whiteside and Amana. Large carbides for resharpening and a long cutting life.
