This is a two flute carbide tipped 3/4" oening oval edge bit. These are good for stair treads and to ease edges on tops so they don't look blocky. The shank is 1/2" for strength. These are industrial quality bits made in the USA. They are very comparable in quality to the Amana brand I sold for 22 years and are priced much lower. Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.
