This is item # 88201. This is a horizontal handle toggle clamp with a U-bar and a flange mount base. These are really useful when making jigs to hold your parts down to cut or shape. This is a small version of this popular style. The holding capacity is 59 #,s. The mounting base is 7/8" x 15/16" and the total height is 3/4".
